This policy describes the current Lyrical Video website and studio at https://lyricalvideo.rvanveshana.com, operated by RV Anveshana LLP. It explains the boundaries between local editing, website delivery and third-party requests.
The studio does not require a project account and does not intentionally upload imported media to an operator-controlled rendering server. This is not a promise that visiting the site makes no network requests.
Local media and editable projects
Imported media and project data are processed in your browser for editing and export. Projects are stored in IndexedDB in your browser profile. Layout preferences and the website consent choice use localStorage. Exported MP4 files and project packages are saved to a destination you choose.
Local projects are not automatically synced to our servers. Browser cleanup, private-mode rules or storage pressure may remove local work. Use the project package controls to keep your own portable editable copy. We cannot recover data that existed only in your browser.
Website delivery and external requests
The website is intended for delivery through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers necessarily receive connection data such as IP address, requested URL, user agent and request timing and may process technical logs or security data under their own terms. We do not claim a specific hosting log-retention period here.
The site and studio request fonts from Google Fonts, and Google font endpoints may receive connection information. Any network media URL you explicitly use also contacts its provider. External links, including the RV Anveshana parent website, are governed by the destination's policies.
Analytics, advertising and consent
This implementation does not install analytics or advertising trackers. It records your website storage/cookie notice choice locally. Accepting the notice does not grant permission for unspecified future trackers. If optional tracking is introduced, the policy and consent workflow must be updated before that tracking runs.
Essential studio persistence remains necessary for local projects and settings. You can clear it through browser site-data controls, but doing so can delete editable work. See the cookie policy for the currently used storage categories.
Information you send to the operator
If you contact us at ravikiranab@rvanveshana.com, the information you choose to send is used to respond to the enquiry and manage the related issue. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or private source media unnecessarily.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information handled by the operator, such as access, correction or deletion. Contact us to explain your request; we may need enough information to verify and address it. Browser-local data is controlled through your own browser.
Security and policy changes
We aim to describe the current implementation accurately, but no website, browser profile or device is guaranteed risk-free. Keep devices and browsers updated, use trusted source files and protect your own exported project packages.
This policy may change when the service changes. The updated date appears on this page. Material new optional data processing requires an appropriate consent and notice update rather than relying on an old acceptance.
